sweet as sugar giveaway

just in time for your annual cookie exchange, the crafters over at the Clementine Boutique are offering an m.writes reader a batch of sweet sugar cookies! these are long lasting and sweet as sugar yet completely guilt free; frosted in felt and sprinkled with beads. perfect for any let's pretend party. (i know a handful of imaginative little nieces who would absolutely luuuuv to play bakery shop with these goodies.) get out your tea set and comment on this post before midnight. oh and tell me what your favorite kind of cookie is, pretty please. the winner will be announced on tuesday.

  8. my favourite everyone-asks-for-the-recipe cookie is the "surprise cookie!" a chewy chocolate cookie with a toasted marshmallow on top, smothered in luscious chocolate topping {covering the marshmallow for the gooey surprise when you bite into it}. covered in sprinkles, it looks as darling as this lovely lot of cuteness you're giving away! :)

  12. my little sisters play princess dress up & have tea parties frequently. they would adore the addition of these cookies! my cookie favourites change all the time, currently my favourites are oatmeal cranberry cookies with a hint of cinnamon.

    aw, how sweet. love this! i would say sugar cookies with icing (like the ones pictured) are my favorites. my sister is having a baby girl next month, and I'd love to win these for her to play with as she gets older, so adorable!

  29. Ah, felt food. It's wonderful. My favorite store-bought cookie would be a toss-up between Pepperidge Farm Mint Milanos or Back to Nature's version of mint-chocolate Oreos (there's a theme...). For Christmas, I love to make chocolate crinkles (those dark chocolate cookies with powdered-sugared "cracks" on the top).

    oh a favourite. can i name a few? it's too hard to choose one.

    snowballs {also known as russian tea cakes}~ i grew up with my mum making these every christmas. i'd even sneak them out of the freezer. so good.

    frosted sugar cookies. {with real butter cream frosting} a good sugar cookie simply makes me happy.

    spitzbuben ~ the little 'sugar-like' cookies in different shapes filled with jam and sprinkled with powdered sugar. my auntie made all different types every year for christmas. she was such a wonderful baker. we miss her and nobody has been able to duplicate her cookies but this year i'm going to have go at some.

  64. So cute. They would look so cute on teh little tea set I just gave my daughter for her birthday. Favorite cookie? Oh there are so many to choose from, but I think I would have to go with homemade chocolate chip--a classic. Though I do like a good sugar cookie too.

  71. Oh my goodness gracious! these are amazing!!! My favorite cookies are any cookies around:) seriously, I have rarely met a cookie I didn't like. I particularly love chocolate chip, gingerbread, pumpkin, peanut butter, sugar with soft frosting. My least favorite is oatmeal but if it's well made I can't say no!
