chapstick plus nars velvet matte lip pencil plus a dab of gloss. this is my new favorite way to make a lovely lip. perfect. that is until benji's cheeks come near.
I love my NARS velvet matte pencil! I was so excited to see that picture load on my screen :) I have the Bahama shade. Is that the same one in your pic?
Oh I LOVE NARS! Have you ever tried the eye cream they make? It is like putting silk under your eyes. I wear it morning, noon and night. If you ever feel like you need a little eye pick me-up... you won't be sorry you went with NARS!
This is EXACTLY what I do -- haven't tried Nars yet, though. (I try to stick with drugstore brands of things I get easily addicted to...like lip pencils.) I haven't worn lipstick in years because, now, it seems too harsh to me.
I would love to know what kind of gloss you prefer. I can never seem to find one that doesn't seem sticky, or wear off in the first 10 minutes.
ReplyDeletetara, i've always been a MAC clear glass lover, but if you hate the tackiness.. go with clinique raspberry gloss/balm. it's dreamy perfect.
ReplyDeleteI use to like to wear Lip Venom lip gloss (its not sticky) but now I only wear chapstick so I can kiss my baby’s cheeks all the time!
ReplyDeleteI love Nars! I'm crazy for the Multiple--so easy, which is what I'm all about these days.

ReplyDeleteThat NARS photo literally made me salivate. Love their products. My go-to lipstick is NARS Dolce Vita. It's the perfect rose-pink.
