today is st. lucia day. in my family, all this celebration requires is a pair of jammies, a warm quilt, a pot of cocoa, and cinnamon rolls (cinnamon & sugar sprinkled toast works too). enjoy.
I made some Swedish Lussekatter for St. Lucia Day today. They were delicious... and all gone before I could even think about taking a picture. If you want the recipe, I am happy to share.
i love this! my family is swedish, but doesn't typically celebrate the holiday, but i wish we did. i celebrated myself this past weekend with friends and plan to make it tradition.
happy day to you.
