  62. BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP! :)

3-4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded (use a fork or your hands to shred it)
1 bottle of Frank's buffalo wing sauce (better than hot sauce alone)
1 bottle of blue cheese (Ken's works well)
    2 blocks of cream cheese
16 oz. pkg of shredded mozzarella cheese

Boil and shred chicken breasts and combine them with half a bottle (or so) of Frank's. Let them marinate and cool down for about an hour or so. While they are cooling, get a pan (9x13) and spread softened cream cheese on the bottom in a level layer. When chicken is marinated, pour the whole thing (sauce & chicken) in an even layer over cream cheese. Pour blue cheese dressing over all of it---just make sure it's even. Then, cover the entire thing with shredded mozzarella. Cook @ 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it's bubbly. Serve with Tostitos scoops or another hearty tortilla chip! :)
