a bit of a bio :: Simply put, I must create. Linen, feathers, and beads, OH MY! A bounteous overflow of creations had to go somewhere, right? A small shop seemed apropos. she's not only talented with accessorizing, she is raising a handful of little ones; five girls!

    get up from bed every morning is good enough for me.. LOL! *kidding* I'm trying my hardest to complete a dress and a skirt for my nieces as my mom is going to visit them next months.. and hopefully a dress or 2 for my soon-to-be-born baby girl.. ;)

  5. This month, I would like to sew some things for my soon to be nursery. We have a little one coming in September, and I think my first project for the room will be a fabric triangle banner made in yellow and gray colors.

  12. i'm running a 1/2 marathon this month. i'll be happy if that's the only thing i check off my list. however, the drapes and bathroom redo will (hopefully) be checked off as well. i can hope, right?

  15. so awesome! I love those necklaces! We are moving in May and I need to pack, paint and clean our house by the end of the month. As well as finish 2 skirts for myself, 5 shirts for my boys, ties for the hubby and sons... oh and mother's day gifts for my sisters and mom and MIL. I think I might have too much scheduled!

    7. Send my mom her Mother's Day gift on time!!

    I want to wash my windows, clean up my fabric stash, and get down to business working on my long list of sewing projects! Sewing is hard these days with an active 15 month old, and #2 is due in Oct. so I know it will get even harder then.

Sleep? lol with a 3 month old son sleep is at the top of my list of things to accomplish but so is getting fafsa done so I can go back to school in the fall oh and more things sewn up for upcoming birthdays and my son. Lots to try and accomplish. :P

  61. May 2010 will be a month of rest for me! Well, at least one week of it will be. My hubby and I are finally getting away by ourselves. First time since we became parents... 2 years ago. And yes, I'm sure this will actually create a lot more work for me, packing, washing, preparing the kids to be away, etc. But I'll just believe what I want to believe.

    By mid-May, I will have finished my final show to earn my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.

  95. I know what I'm GOING to accomplish! Its something I've been hoping and dreaming of for almost 2 years: moving in with my boyfriend. We've been a 16 hour bus ride apart, going months without seeing one another, so I'm looking forward to that big relocation. I'm hoping to accomplish the feat of finding a good job when I get there.
