back2school swap part II
sweet sarah sent me beautiful reading + writing supplies for the back2school swap. i loved giving myself two swap partners, not only because i greedily got two packages, but because i get to experience first hand the variety of ideas which branch from a single swap. creative minds astound me.
sarah binds books and is a master at her craft. what a joy it was to find a package from her on my porch. i enjoyed her detailed letter describing why each {back2school} item she sent was oh so special. i adore the fine silk pincushion, the sketching notepads in a scale of sizes, along with black pens (a favorite). her handmade itty bitty box created from folded paper was a treasure. inside was the tiniest silver binder clips i'd ever seen. her note explained that they come in handy when binding books. had never thought of that before and am glad for her expert advice. thank you, sarah. i loved each bit of it.
these swaps are inspiration to me. check out the goodies here. i love seeing what lies in everyone's own crafty space.
