smart as cookies
this scene makes me laugh. i have to bake a batch or two with the boys each time i come to visit. life as an auntie is too much fun: we are laughing in the kitchen and loving every minute of baking together while the big kids are at school. the flour is everywhere but not an eggshell in the bowl! these boys have perfected their art. four chubby helping hands, two huge grins and twenty sticky fingers is truly a sight to see. {not to mention the chocolatey mouths while taking a rest.}

I think your blog is just too cute, and your quilts...well lets just say I'm inspired to start my learning. I've added you to my favorite blogs, so I'm sure some of my friends will be visiting your page soon...
Thanks for visiting my blog. Kelly's blog is nice, isn't it? That's why I gave her the "You Make Me Smile" award!
The boys and the cookies are making me smile right now. Hey, for all my years of cooking, I still have trouble with egg shells. I have learned never to crack them into the mixing bowl, LOL!
those cookies look so good. its fun to get the kids on the counter and to let them help make the cookies. Mine love to lick the beater when all the dough is made.
Hmmm, those look delish. Is that a home-made recipe? I'm currently in pursuit of the "ultimate" chocolate-chip cookie recipe . . . Care to pass it along?
And I agree, cooking with little fingers is the best way to go.
those cookies look amazing!! i love making cookies with the kids i nanny for. we mostly just eat the dough:)
These photos are so cute! Very cute subjects, too.
