finally finished up my christmas shopping. hurrah. though i don't even mind the hustle and bustle. it's seriously so much fun (as long as you're not in a hurry and can take the train rather than hunt for a parking spot and there are no kiddies, or husbands, pulling at your sleeve). plus, all the ornaments are now on sale.. perfect time to tie them to gifts. i even got a little something to read in front of the fire (aka our heater vent) this weekend. between baking up a storm and walking in the snow and caroling in the dark and playing at parties. happy weekend everyone. you've made your list. now, check it twice. only four more days. merry, merry.
