what's cooking. twice cooked taters

dan, no need to ask, i'm making this for dinner tonight. to tell you the truth, dan never asks what's for dinner. he is the type of man who makes me dinner. on a very regular basis. and yes, i realize i am one very lucky lady. but i think i'm up for making this cozy cooked twice baked meal tonight. mmm.

I have to beg dlb to cook for me. and when he does, I can always count on it being fajitas. :) that's his favorite.

I made those about two weeks ago along with her chicken legs (the one with butter, lemon & seasonings). My husband now refers to those potatoes as "butter potatoes"--seriously, it's a lot of butter. And I love my butter. But it's a lot.

Funny you should bring that up. Just lately, within the last few weeks, my husband has been asking, "What's for dinner?" Every time he asks, even though I know what's for dinner, I want to say, "Nothing!" or "Make it yourself." I have some weird issue with that, obviously.
Thanks for your blog. It is positive, fun, upbeat, and inspiring.

2. I have to check out pioneerwoman. have been hearing about her!

3. Daisy Sour Cream..LOVE it and adore the gerber daisy on the foil when you open the lid. pretty and makes me smile! (and the sour cream is gluten free)
