handy dandy holiday

i love this piece and purchased one last year in fact. {a simple serene forest i'd love to slip into someday.} her bookbinding skills make me swoon. i heart the handmade and am interested in all things crafted by hand. if you've got something lovely to share or giveaway this coming holiday, clue me in.

i'd love to promote your shop.

You should check out Tip Junkie's Mom-Preneur Shop-a-thon. She's got a ton of places listed to buy handmade this year

Wonderful idea! I'd be glad to give away two baby kimonos this holiday.
There's nothing like a little self promotion and giveaway combo to make everyone happy! My 'stock' can be found here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5721071

Thanks, Marta!

Great card! Definitely buying handmade this year... A totally unrelated question: as a former Salt Lake City dweller can you recommend any great florists? My Mom is looking to send flowers to some family @ Thanksgiving and prefers to buy from florists whose arrangements are not FTD/Teleflora generic. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you!

I don't have my own shop, but thought I would do some promoting for a friend as I know you have a TON of dedicated blog readers!

My friend Corey just launched her website www.thegoodgiftbag.com - her gift bags are a cute and environmentally-friendly way to wrap your gifts this holiday season (and all year long)!

Thanks Marta :)

Last year I managed to make all except one of my Christmas presents to friends and family (the one I didn't make was an axe, but that was hand made by someone in Norway, so I suppose its ok!) I'm sad to think I'm too busy to do that this year, but I'm going to give it a go, and buy handmade for the rest :)
