i have a crush on September

goodbye flipflops and lazy pool days. goodbye sunscreen and weekends away. hello scarves, hello new school. hello shiny shoes and long tights of wool. hello cool breezes through my window at night. hello new ideas, ready for flight. hello colored leaves that come every fall. hello labor day and games of football.

september just might be my favorite month of all. i have a lot of plans for it this year. am souping up the Mini Mart, gearing up for more inventory. because i'm so excited about all the upcoming changes, i'm offering a bonus to my blog readers. enter the discount code SEPTEMBER to receive 15% off all purchases from my shop. i'll be updating it with fun goodies all month long.

happy calendar page.

September is one of my favorite months, too. I used to teach, so September always meant a "beginning" for me. Now that we live in Austin, September just means 90 degree days instead of 100s. :) Thanks for the calendar page! do you mind sharing the names of the fonts that you used? I love them!!

I love September because it's National Sewing Month declared by Ronald Regan in 1982. How cool is that? Look forward to your souped up shop!

Me too.
I love September. I still think the year begins in September - I always loved school and I married a teacher.

I've always loved September. New pencils, paper & books...it just reminds me of school. I used to teach too, and it was a great, exciting time of year.

Your blog is so beautiful. I'm drawing inspiration from it & I only signed up a few days ago! Keep up the good work. :)

it is indeed my most favorite month. very most favorite. I always fantasized about a september wedding, but couldn't have one. but one better: my first bundle of joy came on a september day.

September is always my favorite! I love the way the word itself looks, is that crazy? And- it helps that it's my birthday month!! Yay for September!

i so very much miss the transition to fall here in san diego. i crave the crisp mornings. wearing of hooded sweatshirts and jeans and seeing your breath during a football game. all the things you listed as well....here it is dry and fire-y. we go to the mountains - julian has some pretty almost-fall-ish weather and some amazing fresh apple pies! (and i just downloaded your celebrate banner, THERE's where that cute font is!)

I love September too, so many exciting things like Back-to-School fun, getting the flannel sheets ready and making sure wood is chopped for the approaching winter season, not to mention it's my birthday month! ;)

Thanks for the awesome calendar!

This is my favorite month, too. I absolutely adore it...I think it may come from loving elementary school so much? I get all hyped up on projects when "school time" rolls around.

I love your blog and your sweetness, It is always a treat to visit you.

A new friend, Junelle

Love your calendars! Just a thought... would there be any chance of getting them earlier so we can look ahead to what is coming up next month? I would love to have Octobers a few days to a week before October. Whenever you get it up though I am definitely going to download it. I love your style!
