How I adore those clocks!! I am preparing Primary Sharing Time tonight, celebrating my daughter's birthday with an ice skating party tomorrow and enjoying shrimp scampi and cheesecake with the family after church on Sunday! Not the most romantic weekend but that's okay....I'm still surrounded by the ones I love!

What beautiful clocks!

We had plans to use a Christmas gift card & have dinner out on the town, but we're both battling the flu, so it looks like we'll hit the hay this weekend & postpone our plans. :(

I sent the love of my life off this morning for a week long golf trip. That's love, yes?! I am going to relax and enjoy the massage he got for me and savor the leftovers and memories from the delicious homemade noodles and chicken we made together.

We have a lot of things planned for this weekend....other than celebrating Valentine's day with my sweetheart, we are cleaning the house from top to bottom because we had workers here to renovate the windows.

And instead of celebrating Valentine's on Sunday, I'm trying to plan a romantic day out tomorrow with my husband as a surprize.

Love your blog!

our big plans are actually pretty little plans. and to be honest, they're not even all that solidified yet. I know I'll make a nice (but affordable) dinner for us, I know there will be candlelight and no tv (for once). maybe a movie. maybe we'll go for a walk (if the temp is above 12). i guess all I really know is that it will be simple and solely about us. :)

Alissa said...

I was just placed on bedrest, so will be spending the weekend in bed. Hoping to get a valentine massage out of the deal though!

Rosa said...

My husband and I have never been big in to celebrating Valentine's Day. I don't like a holiday that makes people feel bad about not having that special someone in their life. Sometimes it just takes longer to find that person. But, we are going to do something fun! We're getting together with a big group of friends (couples and singles) taking the train in to the city (Chicago, that is) and going on an urban hike. We'll walk around the city for a couple hours than make our way to an awesome restaurant for some grub. Valentine's Day should be about spending time with the "people" you love not about a box of chocolates.

P.S. Love, love, love those clocks!

Thelma said...

Love these clocks!
We actually decided to have our own Valentine's day a month later to avoid the crowds, the overpriced restaurants and bad service. BUT, since we're 'free' this weekend, we've agreed to babysit for two other family friends (one Friday night, one Saturday night) so they can celebrate Valentine's day. We're excited!
But when we do celebrate, we're going to drive the 49 mile scenic route in San Francisco. We've lived about 20 minutes north of SF for 9 years and have never done it before!

Jaclyn said...
