twig marketplace / sell your awesome equipment

i am excited about the new launch of twig's marketplace. it will be the perfect go-to when i decide i can let go of some of my beloved crafting supplies. it'll be a bit easier knowing they will land in happy homes (and fellow artists)! read the details about becoming a seller...

Think of The Starving Artists Marketplace as an online shop where established artists like yourself can sell your used equipment and supplies (cameras, sewing machines, etc.) to up and coming artists trying to get their start. We all know buying new equipment can be expensive, and may have even caused you to miss a meal or two. This is a wonderful opportunity to sale the equipment you're not using anymore, make a little money, and help young artists get to where you are now. If you're interested, please email us and we'll give you the details. We hope you'll be a part of The Starving Artists Marketplace. - Steve & Michelle | twig website + blog

I saw The Help the day after it came out and loved it! Different from the book but wonderful nonetheless.

You simply MUST see The Help. It is emotional, funny and uplifting while still conscience-raising. The themes are still so relevant...

I love your blog and am sorry this is my first comment. I've been a wall flower here for too many months! Happy weekend to you and your family :)

I love the idea of Twig, and I love their card designs - the way the twigs also look like aeroplanes - as though they represent their aim to help budding artists 'take off' : )
I saw a trailer for The Help and it's gone straight to the top of my list of films I want to see.
My big plans for the weekend involve a wedding in a beautiful British Cathedral & spending time with my family (who live on the other side of England to me) - I can't wait!
Looking forward to your next post as ever - your blog is one of my favourite places to visit - thank you for your continual inspiration!

As always Marta, so well written. Thanks mucho for the shout out! Also, hoping to see THE HELP tonight with the family gals! Hear it's really really good and sticks closely to the book.

I started reading your blog a few days ago and it's shot up to one of my dailies in that itsy bitsy bit of time. Love.

And The Starving Artists Marketplace? I'm so excited for the idea, but I do have a question... Is it still in the planning phases? Because I clicked on the link and it doesn't really go to the online shop. I'm definitely a potential buyer though, because as a college student, there's definitely a budget going on.

Thanks for the head's up on the Marketplace! Exciting!

The Help is fabulous! I loved reading the book and loved seeing it come to life in the movie. Although missing a plethora of details, the message is still the same. Enjoy!
