i'm a fool for sunday brunch
i love a lazy sunday afternoon. we had german pancakes for brunch.. thanks to emily. she kindly shared the recipe for what she has dubbed 'Monsters'.
Monsters / German Pancakes
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 Tbs. butter
pre-heat oven to 425. melt butter and whisk all ingredients together. (or whip well in blender.) pour batter in well-greased 9x13 pan. bake for 15-20 minutes. watch your Monsters grow.
i prefer to top them off with a plethora of pretties: syrup, coconut, strawberries, powdered sugar & bananas. mmm.

Marta, that looks delicious! And to top it off, those bowls are super cute.
Yummy. I have had those many a morning. Emilys mom used to make them for us when we would have our junior high sleep overs. And such cute pictures!
I just boiled a bunch of eggs cuz I didn't know what else to do with them, and it was their time to go. I wish I would have seen this yesterday! I haven't had some Auf Lauf in too long!
next time i'm coming to conference at YOUR house!
Aww, my mom used to make that every sunday for brunch when I was little! I think she called them "dutch baby pancakes" or something like that.
Yours look yummy!
