sweet baby james

am elated to have had the chance to meet + hold this sweet new babe. introducing my newest nephew, james elliott. the red hair is incredibly cute. what a lovely little family. congrats to elizabeth & tom. she is truly a wonder woman; she has her babies {au naturale} and bakes bread the next day. an amazing gourmet cook, writer, athlete, and mother.. three cheers for you. am so glad i got to see you and your wee little one.

ooooo my gosh! he is so cute! where does that red hair come from? is that a family trait? could your kids have it? i have always wanted a redheaded little boy...i think i would buy him if i could!!!

I always wanted a red haired freckled little boy, too. I love the name Elliott (and James, of course.) What a cute little group!

I read somewhere, and I don't remember where or when, but some author somewhere, at some time, used a phrase like "shock of red hair" to describe a red-head, and it is such a true thing. What a gorgeous shock of red hair on a lovely lovely baby boy. Congrats to the new again auntie...
