cheap & true

who knew a shampoo & conditioner under five bucks each could actually deliver? i had my doubts when i read about this sunsilk duo in a magazine. but when i spied it on the shelf in the grocery store, i decided there wasn't much to lose.

the outcome: i am happily surprised with silky smooth and bouncy strands. my hair actually looks decent the second day and it smells lovely too. here's to adding two more bottles into the tub. dan will be overjoyed. am putting this on my favorite not too cheap to be true list.

I randomly discovered this shampoo in Thailand of all places. And since I have fine thin hair, I was delighted to find something that delivered! Then further delighted to find that they started selling it in the good ole U.S. of A!

My mother mentioned over the holidays that she too was surprised by the shampoo and conditioner from Sunsilk and uses it on a regular basis now. Now that you are also singing it's praises...I think I'm going to have to give this stuff a try. Thanks for the tip!

yay!
I love shampoo finds. Especially any that involve a little volume boost. Can't wait to get myself a little present next time I'm at walmart.

p.s. my stylist sister just let me in on a little drugstore secret, thought you might like to know too... garnier length & strength. She says it's amazing. When I open mine, I'll let you know what I think!

A friend of a friend was a consultant for Pantene. She told us that they put something in their products that makes hair shine, but also makes it fall out. I always felt when I used their shampoo or Garnier products that more of my hair falls out.

I'm always a fan of saving a few bucks when I can. I usually do use drugstore hair products, including Garnier Fructis, Tresemme & Sunsilk. Sunsilk makes a great 3-minute hair mask for dry hair and split ends. Certainly worth a try!

I'm a fan. My husband actually noticed a change when I started using it. That's basically a miracle.
