quiet scenes of salt lake city
i took my babe on a stroll to buy a bagel last saturday morning when he woke up too early to do anything else. i was happy to have my camera, a smiling little chum and plenty of pretty scenes i wouldn't have noticed otherwise. it's good to wake up before the city does and attempt to take it's portrait.

that last picture made me laugh. i imagine he's thinking, "why can't i hear him reading?" :)
Benji is way too cute! Poor him, waiting for the story to start....
They are all beautiful, but I love the story that last one tells, even in its simplicity.
oh he's such a little muffin, sitting like that!
ah!
The last photo is precious! Benji looks like he belongs in that statue...just one of the other "listeners." :o)
I've got to get out more! These scenes are literally outside my door and I haven't stopped to look. Thanks for the reminder.
Ah...your photos just make me feel peaceful in this post. I live near busy, cement streets and structures and boy would it be nice to walk down the street and see greenery here in AZ. Thanks so much for sharing!
