That's easy -- tomatoes are the best. I love them any and every way, as long as they aren't the nasty things you buy in the supermarket in winter. The tomato season at the farms near me is heaven.
I adore the calendar tea towel. It reminds me of my great-grandmother who always had one hanging in her kitchen when I was a kid.
hmmm, it really depends. it has to be fresh and local. So maybe I would say mango or pineapple, because then I would be in a warm, tropical island paradise!
I have loved these prints. I wanted one last year but they sold out!
I would have to say fresh, vine ripe tomatos...rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt..then tossed on the grill! Perfection, sweet perfection!!
easy!! beans - runner, french i love them all
gill
That's easy - broccoli... I LOVE it. Could eat it all the time and any way!
Hand picked blackberries. LOVE them. I eat them straight.
The tea towel is precious! Thanks
Tough question because I love so many. I truly adore raspberries in the summer though, served anyway!
asparagus! roasted with salt, pepper & garlic :)
Freshly picked strawberries with just a little bit of cream!
chilled fresh cherries on a hot summer day.
avacados-- in every way, shape and form!
The calendar tea towel is so cool!! And my answer is simply summer, home-grown tomatoes...drizzled with olive oil and a smidge of balsamic vinegar with tons of fresh basil and a dash of salt and pepper...my mouth is already watering!!!
*brussels sprouts* cut in half and cooked face down in some olive oil and salt on med-high heat until caramel-brown on the bottom and tender in the middle. You have to eat them w/in about 10 minutes for the flavor to stay perfect.
cute dish towels! thanks!
Avocado is by far my family's favorite right now!
peaches. UTAH peaches. fresh ones. from 8th north in orem.
i cut them up, sprinkle with a little sugar and pour milk on top. mmm. delish.
i am a strong believer in buying local. love that print!
oven baked courgettes with olive oil and chilli flakes, I love oven baked vegetables.
Great giveaway, thank you so much
Really? Just one? Hmmm.... Grapes, I think. And frozen is best.
Raspberries (preferably over dark chocolate cake!)
This is lovely!
i love lots, but what i eat almost every day is a granny smith apple with a side of almonds.
I like them all! It is hard to pick! However, I do really like beets roasted. Yum.

I love this!
I love so many vegs: bok coy and brocolli in the winter - steamed or sauted with a little tamari. Blueberries in the summer with everything. Oh and apples, just plain or with a side of cheese. And salad, need my plate of leafy greens with just a little tomato and cucumber and salt and vinegar/oil dressing.
My fave vegetable is Eggplant and I love it any way you can serve it---but I eat it most grilled with salt, olive oil and a sprinkle of balsamic!
Hmmmm, it's so hard to pick a favorite, but I have to say I've never met a raspberry I didn't like :) As for preparation, I'd pick nice and fresh the way nature made them, but any number of preparations would make me happy! Love the print.

Potatoes! I looove my potatoes. I grow all my own to supply myself for the year and I enjoy them in every single style! Mashed, hashbrowns, shredded, friend fries, baked, everything! So delicious.
i love fresh green peppers. sliced. raw. delish.
Artichokes steamed with melted butter. Ahh. And the heart of course.
what a fabulous print...and a great reminder :)
Im impatiently waiting for asparagus!! i love it broiled with butter and salt...not too mushy!
This winter, I've been getting interested in sweet potatoes. Roasted, a little sea salt? Yum.
my favorite would have to be my Nona's artichokes. She boils them, then she puts a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and red crushed pepper in between the leaves. Most amazing thing ever!
fresh, raw pomegranate!
I love cherries, and we get the best local ones! they are so cheap in the summer that I make marmalade, pie, crumble and anything I can think of but the best is just as snack in front of the TV
I really love strawberries... in yogurt, in sorbet, in chocolate and by themselves. Can't wait for summer!
Strawberries, straight up!
Fresh raspberries, yum. Or roasted butternut squash.
Right now I am loving cauliflower - just raw. Thanks for the chance!
Fresh ripe peaches when they are in season. In/on ice cream, just fresh by themselves, pretty much anyway... thanks, Maureen (jnomaxx at hotmail dot com)
for months i've been head over heels for baby bok choy with soy sauce and lemon juice...it makes this japanese sauce called ponzu... then some spicy red pepper chili sauce to spice things up. i like it HOT and served on a bed of rice. yum
My favorite fruit is pineapple. It's hard to get fresh here but whenever I travel to Hawaii or South East Asia I eat TONS of it!!!!
this is so very hard. a FAVORITE?! i have to pick one? well, it would be between oranges, apples, blueberries, peas, or tomatoes. mmmm... all of them. i think i might have to buy this if i don't win the giveaway. i am obsessed with food and eating sustainably and locally. i am excited about this one.
Zucchini is the best vegetable! Tastes delicious with any meal! I prefer it lightly fried...mmmmmmmmm.

raspberries . . . right off the vine!!
I bought some strawberries the other day against my better judgement. They were gross and I was sad that strawberry season is so far away.
How to even choose? Strawberries with a little half and half or avocado as guacamole. Yum.
if i can say only one, i have to say apple. apple slices with a dash of cinnamon.
We go through avacados like crazy around here. I love them, my husband loves them and our kids constantly request them. Favorite way to have them. Guacamole, homeade that is!
love this design...too fun!
zucchinis. just plain. uncooked. love them.
granny smith apples with yogurt and honey.
Right now I am loving black eyed peas. Cooked with onion and bacon. Mmm.
Pink Lady Apples - ever tried them? Sometimes hard to find and a bit more expensive, but WORTH IT! I eat them all day long . . . now my kids are hooked too!
I think I'll have to go with gala or honeycrisp apples. With fresh ground peanut butter. delicious.
Cucumbers! I work and live on a farm, and over the summer months I learned the art of PICKLING! Instead of vinegar pickling, I prefer the method of lacto-fermentation which allows the cucumbers to naturally ferment in a salt water brine. Crispy and delicious!
wow! I'd love that buy local print!!
an apple a day...keeps the doctor away. i {heart} apples and they have to be crunchy! and i absolutely lllove broccoli! i like it cooked and raw!
I am in love with her work!!
I love a freshly picked (by me) berry of any variety, or a home grown tomato....mmm.....when is summer?

My favorite veggie is spinach. I'll eat it raw in salad--or snack on it fresh picked from the garden. But sauteed with chopped garlic and a spritz of lemon is my absolute fave.
Love, love strawberries!
My favorite way to have them is macerated with sugar, over pound cake, with homemade whipped cream.
right now it's cauliflower, roasted (almost caramelized) with sliced onions, olive oil, s&p.
