valentining

no. 01. last year our valentines featured sweet baby footprints. this year it's all about romancing the robot. i can't get enough of their charming smiles and coil limbs. robot paper by kaisercraft.
no. 02. ms living february 2010. i like this cluster of faded lavender blooms.
no. 03. heart krispie treats. whip up the traditional recipe and press the mixture into a cookie sheet with a shallow lip. once the krispies have cooled, cut out shapes with heart cookie cutters. the best part is stealing the scraps.
no. 04. really cute ready-made valentine coupons by pinecone press paper.
no. 05. little surprises. you can see, i am starting extremely simple with my new stamping hobby. no glitter or embossing for me, just straight up stamping.
no. 06. my heart skipped a beat when i got to open a newbie jar of pb.

happy valentining in your house.

I've never seen anyone love a "peanut butter and samich" more than my youngest daughter...and it has to be Skippy (even though I sometimes trick her with Jif if we are out of Skippy!) Great bicycle stamp, you must share your source...maybe a future giveaway?

We are in love with robots at our house too. I'm in the process of helping Luke make a robot Valentine box. So fun.

Marta, I found your blog today while I was at work (this will be our little secret)! What a fabulous time I had!! You are so creative, and inspiring! I don't have a Blog, so never leave comments...I guess I feel like I am not a member of y'alls secret club. But I couldn't leave without telling you how much I enjoyed it! I will be back to spend many, many more hours with you! Thank you for the time and effort this must take. Just know that there is a woman in Fort Worth, whose day you just made very, very sweet! ~nancy
