door decor and two winners.

the new big thing around here is finger painting. with a two year old, it's a hoot.
is your front door magnetic too? it's my favorite thing about apartment dwelling.
the paintings and postcards still remain, along with a few giant leaves from our park day.

on another note.
am loving the idea of a chic diy dry erase board.
am being spoiled by all this awesome good weather (knock on wood).
am thinking angela's new couch could be the cutest couch ever
am definitely digging katy perry's new song, firework.
am lucky to have over 900 followers of this blog. you guys rock. xo.
am highly recommending this intimate article with gabby aka design mom.

winner winner chicken dinner.
thanks to everyone who entered last week's giveaway. the winners are...
danielle who commented, We always have New England clam chowder on x-mas eve for dinner & then strawberry shortcake for bkfst on x-mas day. These are traditions from my father's childhood. In addition we can only open our stocking presents before bkfst & have to wait to open the gifts under the tree after bkfst.

natalie who commented, We have a special Christmas blanket. Every night from Dec 1st to Christmas Eve each child takes a turn sleeping with the blanket. It gives them wonderful Christmas dreams (according to the kids)!

please email me your shipping address and you'll receive something festive from my shop.

i hope your sunday is a lovely one. happy november-ing.

We do have a magnetic front door too! I only discovered it after we'd lived here well over a year! It's covered in my boys' artwork and letter magnets.

Marta, I'm loving your Christmas features on the sidebar! Poring over them every day...
